Hascol Petroleum Limited (HASCOL) marketing activities have resumed its services in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa region as the company received a stay order from the Sindh High Court against the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) ruling which suspended HASCOL’s license for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region.
According to PSX’s notice, last week the company filed a petition to review the decision with OGRA, and earlier this week, the company appealed the contested decision by OGRA to the Sindh Supreme Court, the company said that the court had issued an Order on the suspension of action of October 27, 2020 (“suspension order”) against OGRA, prohibiting it from taking any coercive measures in accordance with the contested decision taken earlier in the month.
