Honda Atlas On Thursday, officially unveiled the sixth-generation City model in Pakistan with a starting price of Rs 2.599 million, marking the Shape overhaul for CITY in more than a decade.
The model was officially unveiled at a virtual ceremony. City was remodeled a few years ago, but Pakistani consumers have not seen a generational change since 2009.
The launch took place on the same day the company announced financial results for the first quarter (April-June 2021). The company’s financial year ends in March.
According to the announcement, the company posted Net Profit of Rs 928.2 million. In comparison, HCAR posted meager of Rs 511.02 million in last year due to downtime caused by last year’s pandemic.
Honda had previously announced that it would pre-book about 12,000 units without announcing any pricing information for the vehicle, and suggested a market discussion, with most orders likely to come from dealers and showroom owners.
