Islamabad to get a new “Luxury Resort”

Islamabad will soon get a world class Luxury Resort in partnership with Big International Resorts and Designers.

According to a press release, the official launch of One Serene Residences, a luxury resort-themed residential development, took place on April 28, 2023. The press conference announcing the launch was held at the prestigious Sheraton Grand London Park Lane.

The press release highlighted that One Serene Residences is a $40-million project specifically designed for the overseas Pakistani diaspora. It is being developed by One Homes, a renowned British investment group known for delivering exceptional properties in the real estate industry.

The luxury project is a collaboration with several world-leading partners. Italian design house Versace Ceramics is responsible for the floor and wall finishings, while Ayana Holding, a prominent UAE group, serves as the strategic development partner. VX Studio acts as the lead design consultant, and Opaal handles the interior design.

Located on the main Serene Avenue in DHA Phase III, One Serene Residences will offer unprecedented amenities in Pakistan. These include a residents’ lobby, a resort-themed swimming pool, a children’s swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa with steam, sauna, and treatment rooms, a private theater for residents, a café, a shop, a restaurant, a kids’ club, and a convenience store.

The press release mentioned the presence of key individuals at the launch event, including Hamid Kerayechian, CEO & Founding Partner of Ayana Holding, Ghada Yaiche, Design Director at VX Studio, and Rana Hammoura, Senior Interior Designer at Opaal Interiors. Chief Commercial Officer One Homes at One Group, Aqib Hassan, and Commercial Director One Homes at One Group, Shaan Abbas, along with other dignitaries and media personalities, also attended the event. Zeeshan Shah, founder and Chairman of One Group, was present as well.

During the event, Aqib Hassan, the Chief Commercial Officer One Homes at One Group, expressed confidence in completing the One Canal Road project ahead of schedule. One Canal Road, a joint venture with Hexagon Properties, is another major project in Lahore that has been well-received by overseas Pakistanis.

Hamid Kerayechian, CEO and Founding Partner of Ayana Holding, shared his belief that One Homes is leading a revolution in the real estate sector with their exceptional approach to luxury and design. He expressed hope that One Serene Residences would become a landmark project in Pakistan and serve as an inspiration to the region.
