JazzCash, Pakistan’s leading Mobile Banking Application, has launched a fast-growing business app to bring advancement in the the digital payments ecosystem of the country.
The new ‘JazzCash Business App’ offers the latest tools for efficient management of your money and business and also facilitates businesses where small and medium business owners can collect digital payments without the tedious process of registering a bank account.
This new platform is designed to serve the SME sector, which has not yet realized the benefits of the digital payments system, some of which do not even form part of the formal economy. There are millions of small and medium-sized businesses in Pakistan and only a few thousand electronic payments are accepted, most of which are cash.
JazzCash Business App will act as control center for these SME merchants, providing insight into company performance and automating daily operations. Users can receive QR payments, coordinate transactions, pay salaries, and pay for stock purchases.
They can also generate QR codes in real time and send electronic invoices to customers. Additional features will be added to this app over time, including the ability to apply for a commercial loan, which plays an important role in stimulating economic growth.
At the launch of the App, JazzCash CEO Erwan Gelebart said:
JazzCash is committed to developing a cashless economy and committed to introducing new products and services that offer faster, more transparent and secure payment methods. We identified the need for a digital solution for the SME sector, which still lacks the tools and resources to manage digital transformation, And we created this business app to manage all of their financial needs. By leveraging secure, real-time payments, these companies will become more efficient and benefit from a thriving digital ecosystem.
Business owners can use the Business App anywhere themselves with the ease of registering for the Business Program in a few simple steps, providing basic personal and business information, and uploading a copy of the CNIC and a photo.
