Organizations are now more committed to breaking stereotypes in favor of a more inclusive and diverse workplace for their employees. One example of this is Ufone and PTCL, where the art of equal opportunity is demonstrated in an ideal work environment.
Conversations are evolving that would help break down gender stereotypes in our society. One example is the Pink Club of All Women Employees in the PTCL Group, which was created with the sole purpose of giving women employees a voice.
To honor and honor PTCL women, a special campaign was successfully launched across the country to invite them to share their inspiring stories. Women from across the organization participated and shared their inspiring success stories, as they also credited PTCL with a role in facilitating this.
