In a bid to improve its CSR activity, Pakistan’s leading FMCG, Shan Foods partnered with Akhuwat Foundation to share the joys and blessings of Eid al-Adha with the communities in need.
This collaboration is one of many Shan Foods social responsibility initiatives. Celebrating the true spirit of the Eid holiday through this initiative, Shan Foods distributed special gift bags to Akhuwat beneficiary families living below the national poverty line. Shaan Foods also distributed gift bags to the children of the Akhuwat Foundation to complement their Eid celebrations.
Maria Rashdi, Director of Communications for Shan Foods, said: “We believe this is an opportunity to bring life back to the community of which we are all part. Chan Foods has always valued and promoted improved nutrition and access to safe food. continue our pursuit of a healthier and more prosperous society with confidence and support our customers”.
Shan Foods has taken various actions to expand its support during the difficult times of the pandemic. A vaccination campaign is also underway to ensure the health and safety of its employees.
