Pakistani Rupee (PKR) increased by 16 Paisa against the US dollar (USD) at the end of the inter-bank session today, closing at 159.8 Per Dollar compared to yesterday’s close of 159.97 Pakistani rupees per Dollar.
The rupee traded in a very narrow 30 paisa range, indicating a daily high in demand at 159.9 and a day’s low at 159.65.
On the open market, PKR is trading at 159.30 / 160.30 per US dollar. Forex Market remain under stable condition as evident from ease of pressure on the currency. With no significant repayments of Foreign Debt in short term, Pakistani Rupee is gaining against the Dollar where analysts believe that PKR will close the year below 160/Dollar rate.
