As per the data released by the Pakistani Statistics Bureau, Pakistan’s Textile Exports increased by 23 percent in the fiscal year 2020-2021, and remained at $ 15.4 billion, up from $ 12.526 billion in 2019-2020,
PBS data showed that the textile group’s exports increased 57.81% month-on-month to $ 1.660 billion in June 2021, up from $ 1.051 billion in May 2021.
Textile exports increased 73.8 percent from the previous year and remained at $ 1.660 billion in June 2021, up from $ 959million in June 2020.
Exports of cotton yarn increased by 3.26 percent in July-June 2020-2021 and remained at $ 1.016 billion, compared with $ 984 million in the same period last year.
Exports of cotton yarn increased 67.76 percent in June 2021 and remained at $ 120.931 million from $ 72.087 million in May 2021 and increased 62.71 percent from $ 74.323 million in the same month last year.
