A proposal has been put forward to close shops and businesses in the evening.
In this regard, the Ministry of Energy has informed that the proposal may be implemented from October 1st to February 15th.
Sources suggest that all four provincial governments will be instructed to implement this proposal.
Draft legislation is also being prepared to control the electricity crisis.
The Ministry of Energy has stated that this initiative could result in a daily savings of more than 1500 megawatts of electricity.
Sources also indicate that consultations have begun with all Chambers of Commerce and trader organizations for the implementation of the proposal.
