Saudi Arabia is actively pursuing investment opportunities and further strengthening its bilateral economic and trade relations with Pakistan, as expressed by H.E. Mr. Nawaf Bin Said Al-Malki, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during his recent meeting.

Ambassador Nawaf held discussions with Dr. Shamshad Akhtar, the Caretaker Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, and Privatization, at the Finance Division, according to a press release.

Dr. Shamshad Akhtar extended a warm welcome to the Saudi Ambassador and emphasized the deep-rooted historical, religious, and cultural bonds shared between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. She also briefed the Ambassador on the government’s ongoing policies and initiatives aimed at fostering economic growth within the country.

H.E. Mr. Nawaf Bin Said Al-Malki, the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia, reciprocated the sentiments, emphasizing the enduring nature of the strong fraternal ties between the two nations.

Both parties expressed a strong desire to nurture economic partnerships that would be mutually beneficial and contribute to regional stability and prosperity. They affirmed their commitment to continuing close cooperation and actively exploring concrete measures for economic collaboration.
