Dr. Faisal Sultan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister of Health, has said 7 million doses of the purchased vaccine would soon be delivered to Pakistan.
The Special Assistant said there have already been orders for the Corona vaccine, 1 million doses of Sinopharm vaccine and 6 million doses of Casino.
He said the purchased doses are expected to reach Pakistan in the next few days.
In another tweet, the special assistant said he had a discussion with WHO chief, Dr Tedros, on the vaccine supply chain last night, especially the worldwide supply of vaccines through GAVI.
