Former Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Akhtar has reacted to the suspension of the Indian Premier League (IPL) due to increased cases of coronavirus.
He said that ust two weeks ago, he asked India to suspend the IPL due to the Corona situation as it was a public health problem, but no one liked the idea.
He wrote that given the current situation of COVID in India, there is nothing more expensive than human lives.
It should be noted that the Indian Premier League (IPL) has been postponed indefinitely due to the rapid spread of the global corona virus epidemic.
The IPL chairman said the decision to postpone the IPL was made to protect all stakeholders, adding that the number of corona cases in the security bubble is increasing day by day.
