Pakistani rupee (PKR) depreciated by PKR 1.1 during the outgoing trading week ended on Friday to close at PKR 153.36/US$. Rupee gained 10 paisas in the last trading day however, unable to pair the losses incurred earlier. In the Open Market, PKR was traded at 153/153.80 per USD.
Pakistani Rupee traded in a thin range of 14 paisa per USD, showing an intraday high bid of 153.45 and an intraday Low offer of 153.35.
The rupee ended the previous week was PKR 152.28 per US$.
Despite the losses in the week, Pak Rupee remains at a comfortable position having gained PKR 14.69 or 9.58% against the US Dollar since July’2020.
