BridgeLinx, a Lahore based company, has managed to raise $ 10 million, the largest seed investment in the country.

BridgeLinx began operations nine months ago as a provider of Digital Freight services, marketplaces and digital goods solutions.

The investment round was spearheaded by 20 private investors from Harry Steppings, Josh Buckley from Buckley Ventures and Indus Valley Capital.

Other Entities in the funding round include Wavemaker Partners, Quiet Capital, TrueSight Ventures, Soma Capital Strategic, Flexport and UNTITLED Magnus Rausing.

Founded by Muhamad Saad, Ahsan Tanvir, Abbas Hasan and Salman Gul, Bridge Links plans to use the latest funds to expand its operations.

Pakistani e-commerce startups raised twice as much capital in the first half of 2021 as they garnered in FY2020, accounting for 17% of funding in emerging markets.
